This Privacy Policy explains how Ticket Lab Inc ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Broadway Passport mobile application and related services at broadwaypassport.com (the "Service").

- Profile photo, only if you choose to upload one.
- Activity in the app: shows you view or favorite, and loyalty stamps or rewards you collect.
- Purchase and transaction records for tickets you buy. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Square); we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical and usage data: device type, app version, and diagnostic or crash information used to keep the app working reliably.
- Session cookies and tokens used to keep you signed in.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
- To process ticket purchases and deliver your orders, passes, and rewards.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your support requests and send service-related communications.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of your data:
- Square for payment processing.
- Google Play for app distribution and integrity.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
